Please read these terms and conditions carefully before opening an account or using any service on the h666 platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

Important Notice: The terms and conditions described on this page form a legally binding agreement governing use of the h666 platform. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

1 General Provisions & Acceptance

h666 ("we", "platform") is an online gaming and entertainment service. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the h666 website and all related services. By registering on the website, opening an account, or beginning to use any service, the user is automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final. h666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; changes will take effect from the date of publication.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use services on h666, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
  • Each individual may operate a maximum of one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Multiple accounts may not be operated from the same household device or IP address.
  • Online gaming must be legally permitted in the region from which the applicant is accessing the platform.

h666 reserves the right to reject any application or account without providing verification. If an account is opened using false information, it will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security & Verification

The user bears full responsibility for the security of their account username and password. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone, and allowing any third party to use the account is prohibited.

Before processing financial transactions, h666 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
  • Recent proof of address (utility bill, bank letter)

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If the user fails to provide the requested documents, h666 reserves the right to close the account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The approved methods for financial transactions on h666 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). No methods outside this list are accepted.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
  • Funds will not be sent to any account other than one registered in the user's name.
  • Withdrawal requests may be delayed if a verification process is ongoing.
h666 strictly adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions, and transactions may be temporarily suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

h666 offers promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonuses:

  • Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
  • Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in total wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.
  • Each bonus may have its own expiry period and maximum bet limit.
  • If a bonus code is used incorrectly, or an attempt is made to claim a bonus from multiple accounts, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • h666 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All games on h666 are operated fairly and transparently. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles.

  • Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • In the event of a technical error, h666 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
  • If a game is interrupted due to network disconnection, the system will determine the outcome based on the last recorded log.
  • If a user wishes to dispute a game result, they must contact customer support directly.
  • Exploiting bugs or errors in any game provider's software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and upon detection the account will be closed immediately:

  • Opening or operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use the account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or any illegal activity.
  • Playing games or attempting to earn bonuses using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Attempting to make risk-free profit through bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Fraudulent conduct against other users.
  • Filing false complaints or chargebacks against h666.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, all funds in the relevant account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

h666 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated.
  • If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
  • If there is suspicion of unusual financial transactions or money laundering.
  • If the user themselves requests Self-Exclusion.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period (in accordance with the defined inactivity policy).

Before closing an account, h666 will send a notification to the user's registered email; however, in cases of serious violations of the Terms, the account may be closed without prior warning.

9 Limitation of Liability

h666 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Interruptions to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
  • Issues related to a third-party game provider's servers or software.
  • Losses caused by the user's own device or network.
  • Financial losses resulting from the user's negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to the user's account.

The platform's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount of the transaction in question. Gaming is a recreational activity — h666 makes no guarantee of winnings.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

h666 is committed to protecting the privacy of users' personal information. Full details on how data is collected, stored, and used can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

  • All data is secured through SSL encryption.
  • User data is not sold to any advertiser or third party.
  • Documents collected for KYC purposes are stored under strict security.
  • Users may request deletion of their data at any time; however, some data may need to be retained under legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

h666 encourages all users to enjoy gaming responsibly. Online gaming can be addictive — please be aware of the following:

  • Never treat gaming as a source of income — it is a recreational activity.
  • Set a budget for yourself and do not exceed it.
  • Avoid the urge to place larger bets to recover losses.

12 Changes & Amendments

h666 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at their registered email address.

  • Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
  • If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may contact the support team to close their account.
  • The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
